BYkids has spent nearly two decades helping young people around the world tell true stories through documentary film. The Youth Media Team is a small, ongoing group of student creators, ages 12 to 18, making short videos and photo essays about documentary filmmaking and social impact, guided by BYkids staff and featured across BYkids' platforms.

This is a sign up form: you're applying to be part of the Youth Media Team. Selected members will be requested to attend at least one YMT meeting every two weeks and create at least one piece of content a month (text, photo essay, carousel post, or short video).

Space on the team is limited. Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot. We will only follow up with applicants who are considered to join.
